PORK CHOPS WITH PIZAZZ 
6 pork chops, well trimmed
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Oil for frying
1 c. chopped canned tomatoes
3 c. uncooked fine noodles, broken in pieces

In skillet, brown chops in oil; pour fat off. Season with salt and pepper. Add broth, water and hot pepper sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and noodles. Cook 15 minutes longer, until done. Stir often. Serves 4. Good cooking.
