CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 angel food cake, cut in half
2 bars German sweet chocolate
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
4 eggs, separated
Coconut (optional)

Beat yolks, melt chocolate and add to egg yolks. Beat egg whites and fold into chocolate mixture. Whip cream with sugar and fold in chocolate mixture. Break 1/2 of cake into small pieces and place in 3 quart loaf dish. Pour half of mixture over cake and sprinkle with 1/2 nuts. Break other half of cake and make a layer over the other. Pour rest of chocolate and nuts over cake. May add extra whipping cream and nuts on top. Can sprinkle coconut over cake if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
