BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice (measure before cooking)
1 box frozen broccoli spears
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (no water)
1 lb. ground beef (cooked)
Grated cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter; add soups and broccoli (cut up and cooked). Cook rice and meat. Put 1/2 of the mixture in casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat procedure and top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
