FETTUCCINE WITH CREAM SAUCE 
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cream
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
Nutmeg
Salt & pepper

Cream butter until fluffy. Beat in cream gradually then add cheese. Cook fettuccine; drain, transfer to a warm bowl. Add cream mixture. Season with salt and pepper, nutmeg and extra fresh Parmesan cheese.
