FETTUCCINE WITH NUTMEG SAUCE 
1 lb. fettucini
1/3 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook fettucini; drain. Melt butter in skillet. Saute garlic. Add wine. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sour cream, whipping cream, nutmeg and parsley. Heat until hot (do not boil). Add Parmesan. Salt and pepper. Pour hot sauce over hot fettucini. Toss and serve. Serve with salad and bread sticks.
