FINGER ROLLS 
4 c. milk, scalded
2 sticks butter
1 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
4 c. water (4 tbsp. yeast dissolved in)
About 7 lbs. flour

Heat milk, honey, salt and butter to quite warm (not hot). Add yeast to lukewarm water and dissolve. Add liquid ingredients and eggs. Beat well with about 10 cups flour. Add more flour and knead until smooth. Let rise 45 minutes. Shape into finger rolls. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Yum! Yum! Makes 14 dozen.
