WHITE YEAST BREAD
3 c. hot tap water
1 c. cold milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. instant yeast
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tbsp. salt

Mix these first ingredients with enough flour to no longer be sticky. About 7 to 10 cups.

Turn dough onto oiled countertop and knead about 5 minutes.

Let rise in greased bowl with towel on top in a warm place. Usually about 40 minutes. Punch dough down and form into 3 large loaves. Let rise in pans about 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Butter tops of loaves when you take them from oven.
