EDDIE'S MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
1 heaping tbsp. old bay
1 egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. thick bread crumbs
1 lb. special or back fin crab meat (cleaned well)
oil

Empty crab meat in large bowl. Then follow with all ingredients. Mix by hand lightly. Make 6 to 7 crab cakes and fry in pan until golden brown on both sides in oil. Serve hot. Goes well with cocktail or tartar sauce.
