RICH CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Spread in a greased 8-inch by 8-inch by 2-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
