SOYBEAN SALAD 
2 cans green soy beans, drain liquid

Pat soy beans dry on paper towel. 3-4 stalks celery, chopped fine 2-3 onions, chopped fine 3 hard boiled eggs, cut in pieces Celery salt to taste Accent to taste McCays chicken style seasoning to taste Salt to taste Mayonnaise, enough to moisten but not wet & runny

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use. This salad is better if made the day before needed.
