EASY BEER BEEF ROAST 
1 can beer
1/3 c. chili sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper

Marinate these ingredients in a blender and pour over roast. Cover tightly and roast 4 to 5 hours at 250 degrees.

Slice when cool and place in gravy. Serve with noodles or spaetzels. Also good as a hot sandwich.
