REFRIGERATOR CAKE 
24 graham crackers (crushed)
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Line loaf pan with crackers mixed with the butter. Leave some for sprinkling on top. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let stand. Beat egg yolks, add sugar and milk. Add gelatin. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Cool. Strain cheese through sieve. Add to above mixture. Beat cream to whipped cream consistency. Add vanilla. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold cream and egg whites into mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
