COUNTRYSIDE CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 c. celery slices and 3/4 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 1/4 c. water
3 chicken breasts, boned, split, and skinned

Place rice in 12 x 8 inch greased baking dish; cover with the vegetables and seasoning. Combine soup with salad dressing. Add water to soup mixture. Pour half the soup mixture over vegetables. Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is well done. Sprinkle with paprika - optional.
