FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
CRUMB MIXTURE:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened

STRAWBERRY MIXTURE:

2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

CRUMB MIXTURE: Combine ingredients and mix well. Spread in 8x10 inch (or larger) pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir twice during baking. Cool. Spread 2/3 of crumb mixture in 8x10 inch pan. Reserve remaining 1/3 of mixture.

STRAWBERRY MIXTURE: Combine ingredients and spread over crumb mixture. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Freeze 6 hours or longer.
