RAW FRUIT BALLS 
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates or figs
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. fresh coconut
1 c. dried peaches or apples
1/2 c. dried papaya
Orange juice

Mix all the ingredients (except orange juice) in a food processor. Moisten with orange juice. Form into balls - approximately 2 tbsp. per ball. Makes about 40.
