TACO SALAD 
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. head lettuce, shredded
1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
4 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 lg. bag nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 to 1 c. catsup
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Salsa to serve on side (optional)

Brown ground beef, drain off fat; stir in 1 package taco seasoning; cook 1-2 minutes. Place in large bowl. Layer on top of beef in order: beans, tomato, onion, cheese and lettuce. Cover and refrigerate.

Make dressing. Stir together: mayonnaise, catsup, sugar and 1 package taco seasoning. Cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled salad with dressing, nacho cheese Doritos, and optional salsa all as toppings.
