POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. (15 potatoes) = serves 10 people
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
2 onions, chopped
3 tbsp. pickle juice
8 eggs, hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Boil potatoes for 20 minutes. Peel skin and cut into pieces (when cool). Add onions and 6 of the eggs, chopped (save 2 eggs to slice on top). Season with onion and celery, salt, sugar and pickle juice. Add mayonnaise and combine.
