TURKEY SALAD 
Meat of 2 chickens, cooked, cooled and diced (12 lb. turkey serves about 60 people)
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. grated onion
3/4 c. diced black olives
1 bag frozen peas, thawed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Miracle Whip
Season to taste

Before serving, add 1 cup cashews and 1 cup shoestring potatoes.
