TRUE ORIENTAL FRIED RICE 
4 c. cooked rice
3 to 4 strips bacon, diced, sauteed
2 slightly beaten eggs, scrambled in same pan as bacon was cooked

Set bacon/egg mixture aside. In same pan heat 1 tablespoons oil, add rice and fry until starts to brown. Season with 1 teaspoon sugar; add 2 to 3 tablespoons Kikkoman soy sauce; add 2 to 3 stalks green onion, chopped; saute lightly. Return egg/bacon mixture and gently reheat, stirring together. (Optional) shredded lettuce. For main dish, add cooked shrimp, beef, pork, or ham. Serve with more Kikkoman sauce and chow mein noodles.
