8 oz. pkg. wide noodles 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1/2 lb. American or Velveeta cheese 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Saute sliced onions in oil until limp. Add ground beef and cook until color disappears. Add mushrooms, tomato soup, tomato sauce and diced cheese. Simmer slowly until well blended. Cook noodles, drain. Mix with meat sauce. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
