SAUTEED MUSHROOMS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. wine (opt.)
Salt
pepper

Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Saute over medium heat until mushrooms are cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. If desired, add wine and simmer for 1 minute. Serves 4.
