COLD PASTA PRIMAVERA 
3/4 oz. rigatoni
1/4 c. broccoli flowerets
1/4 c. cauliflower flowerets
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1/4 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; add broccoli and cauliflower during last 5 minutes. Drain; rinse. Transfer to bowl. Add peppers. Chill.

2. Combine juice, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Toss with pasta.
