COMMAND PERFORMANCE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
4 c. cooked diced chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
2 c. finely chopped celery
4 sliced hard cooked eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
1 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. finely shredded sharp cheese
1/3 c. chopped almonds

Mix first 9 ingredients and put in large casserole. Combine the chips, cheese and almonds and sprinkle on top. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serves 6.
