GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Layer chilies on the bottom of casserole dish. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Mix the milk, flour, eggs, and salt and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until set. Serves 4.
