SCARLETT O'HARA SALAD 
1 1/4 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
1/2 c. Southern Comfort
3 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. seedless grapes
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. pitted canned bing cherries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Heat cranberry juice; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add Southern Comfort, lime or lemon juice and sugar. Chill until mixture begins to congeal. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm in lightly oiled mold. Unmold.
