ALMOND CHIFFON CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
7 egg yolks, unbeaten
3/4 c. cold water (minus 2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. butter flavoring (to replace 2 tbsp. water)
1 c. egg whites (7 or 8)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
