CHUCK STEAK AND VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1 inch thick
1 env. dry onion soup mix
3-4 med. carrots, quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2-3 med. potatoes, quartered
3-4 stalks celery, cut in sticks

Place meat in center of 2 1/2 foot length of foil. Sprinkle with soup mix and cover with vegetables. Dot vegetables with butter - sprinkle with salt. Fold over and seal securely. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
