LEMON BARS 
1 c. (1/2 lb.) butter
2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 to 5 tbsp. flour

Mix the first 3 ingredients and pack in a sheet cookie pan or into a 9 x 13 dish.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix together, while first mixture is baking, the eggs, sugar, lemon juice and flour. Mix and pour over hot crust.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F.

DO NOT OVERBAKE THE SECOND TIME.
