MICROWAVE TUNA CASSEROLE
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. brown mustard
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions

Thaw broccoli in package until package feels warm, 4 to 5 1/2 minutes. Drain broccoli well. Combine all ingredients except half the onion rings in a 3 quart casserole.

Microwave at high (100%) 6 minutes. Stir from outside to center of casserole to shorten cooking time and equalize heat. Sprinkle with remaining onion rings. Toppings are always added at the end of cooking so they will not be disturbed by stirring and will stay crisp. Microwave at high (100%) until center is hot, 2-4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
