PEACH POUND CAKE 
2 sticks soft butter
3 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peaches, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Combine butter and sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients together. Alternately add wet and dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
