JANE'S SPECIAL PEACH POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peaches, coarsely chopped
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating. Stir in extracts. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture on low speed. Fold in sour cream and peaches. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake 75 - 85 minutes or until tests clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Turn out to cool completely.
