PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. nuts

Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil, eggs in bowl, beat well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to pumpkin mixture, mix well. Stir in nuts and 1/4 cup water. Pour into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
