PUMPKIN BREAD 
1/3 c. prepared Butter Buds
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate
4 egg whites
1 c. mashed pumpkin (canned)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour

In a blender, process Butter Buds, juice concentrate, and egg whites. While blending, add pumpkin, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Gradually add flour until you get a doughy consistency. Bake in a non-stick loaf pan (use non-stick spray) in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean when done. Makes 1 loaf.
