SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Fresh mushrooms (opt.)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. grated onion

Wash and tear spinach into bite-size pieces. Put eggs and bacon (and mushrooms) over spinach. Blend dressing and pour over salad.
