QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP 
3 c. water
3 env. chicken broth powder
2 c. grated vegetables (carrots, onions, zucchini, celery, cabbage, etc.)
2 c. chopped leaf greens (lettuce, spinach, celery leaves, etc.)
1 c. chopped canned tomatoes
1/3 c. fine egg noodles, pastina, etc.
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Add chicken broth powder to water in a large kettle, and bring to a boil. Add the grated vegetables and the chopped greens and tomatoes. Bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes. Add the noodles, bring to a boil again and simmer another five minutes. Add the chopped garlic and parsley and add seasonings to taste and serve immediately.
