QUICK VEGETABLE SOUP | |
3 carrots, finely chopped 1 head cabbage, shredded fine 2 ribs celery, finely chopped 1 onion, chopped 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes (use 1/2 can tomatoes and 1/2 can water for lighter tomato flavor) 6 bouillon cubes 6 c. water Salt, pepper, garlic to taste Place ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer approximately 45 minutes. |
