QUICK, EASY PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. hamburg
1 lg. head of cabbage
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. rice (instant)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 slices bacon (fried or crumbled)
1 tbsp. bacon grease
2 cans tomato soup

Fry hamburg and onion together plus the salt and pepper. Cook rice, let cool, add to fried mixture. Add bacon or bacon grease to above mixture. Add tomato soup and water (2 cans), slice cabbage in pieces. Put together: 1 layer meat sauce, layer of cabbage, go layer after layer until all ingredients are used. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees about 2 hours or cabbage is done. May add more soup if needed.
