SQUASH CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1/2-3/4 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar sliced pimento
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

Place 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of baking dish. Add 1/2 of butter. Mix other ingredients. Spread over stuffing mix. Add remaining stuffing mix and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown.
