SWEDISH COFFEE RING 
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. lukewarm milk
2 sections yeast
5 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
8 cardamond seeds ground
5 tbsp. butter

FILLINGS:

Brown sugar
Raisins
Walnuts

Mix sugar, milk, yeast, flour, salt, mix well. Cover with dish towel until it rises, work with hands. Add ground cardamond seeds. Butter, let it rise again. Roll it out, add fillings, roll it up, put ends together. Snip top 4 or 5 times with scissors. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
