2 c. rhubarb
2/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Cook cut up rhubarb (not too mushy). Add sugar. Pour into bowl and add dry Jello. When cool add ice cream. Refrigerate. Do not freeze.
