FRUIT SALAD PIE | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice & all) 1 1/2 c. sugar or 11 pkg. Sweet One 4 tbsp. flour 1 can pie cherries, drained 1 can apricots, drained 1 can pears, drained & sliced 1 can peaches, drained 1 box (reg.) orange or lemon Jello (with sugar or diet) 4 sliced bananas 2 (9") baked pie shells Cook pineapple, sugar and flour 10-15 minutes or until thick, remove from heat. Add next 5 ingredients; stir until Jello is dissolved. Cool. Add sliced bananas; spoon into 2 pie shells and chill. May be served with ice cream or whipped cream. |
