PIZZA TOPPING MIX 
shredded pepperoni
shredded mozzarella
oregano
Romano cheese

Mix 8 cups mozzarella, 5 cups pepperoni, 3 tablespoons oregano, 1 cup grated Romano cheese.

Store in clean sour cream or other small plastic container, freeze. This will be ready anytime you make pizza; just press the out the dough, put on the sauce and sprinkle as much of this mixure as you like on each one. Voila!
