COCONUT PISTACHIO PIE 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 2 cups coconut with 1/4 cup melted butter. Put in a pie tin and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Beat for 5 minutes:

1 (4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk

Put pudding mixture into cooled crust and chill for 3 hours. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
