CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE 
1/2 stick butter
1 (14 oz.) bag frozen Chefs seasoning
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. frozen crawfish
Tony's seasoning
Tabasco sauce

Melt butter in 3 quart pot. Add bag of Chefs seasoning. Let simmer until soft. Add can of tomato soup. Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes. Add crawfish. Cook about 40 to 45 minutes. Add seasonings to taste. Serve over rice.
