FLORIDA SHERBET AMBROSIA | |
3 lg. oranges 1 pt. orange sherbet 1 c. sweetened, sliced fresh strawberries 1/3 c. flaked coconut Fresh mint and/or maraschino cherry for top (optional) Cut oranges in half with a scalloped edge. Remove orange pieces and set aside. Remove all white membrane. Line inside shell at 1/2 inch thick sherbet, leaving cavity for fruit (smooth until nice and even). Freeze until firm. Mix fruit and fill cavity. Garnish with mint or cherry or even Cool Whip and nuts. |
