CHEESY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs (4 slices)
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 slices Velveeta

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Make 1/2 loaf. Lay cheese on top of meat. Top with remainder of meat and cheese.

Bake for 1 hour.
