CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
5 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
1 c. pecan halves (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Heat milk and butter until melted. Add beaten eggs and vanilla to milk mixture. Stir. Combine liquid and dry ingredients mixing well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans if you want. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool before cutting. Put a dollop of whipped cream on each slice if desired.
