CHOCOLATE COCONUT TEACHER CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. flaked coconut

Blend all ingredients except coconut in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Fold in 1 cup flaked coconut. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes for 2 large pans; 35 to 45 minutes for 3 small pans. Let cool in pans 10 minutes then remove. When completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and slice.

Can substitute; lemon, vanilla, etc. for the chocolate cake and pudding mixes to make other flavors. Omit Hershey's cocoa.
