SPANISH COFFEE CAKE | |
2 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. oil Mix the above items and take out 1 cup; add pecans for topping, then add the following: 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder Pour ingredients 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan; add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
