8 med. potatoes
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 stick butter

Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut each potato into 6 to 8 pieces. Place in dish and sprinkle with pepper and onion salt. Cover with slices of butter. Cook in microwave oven on high for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Return to oven for additional 5 minutes. When done you may add grated cheese to taste.
